Return Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your item/s to us.


Returns postage costs are not covered and are the responsibility of our customers.


A refund will be granted, providing the item is returned in its original condition, with all tags attached.


Refunds will be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.


We do not currently offer exchanges. We recommend reordering if you need an alternative size, style or colour.


All returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt, although it’s usually much faster – usually only 3 days.

Card refunds can take up to 3 working days to show back as an available balance in your account following a refund from us.

The following items are non-refundable:
– Any items that are worn, damaged, stained or not returned in their original condition
– Items not in their original packaging
– Items with their tags removed or tampered with
– Anything returned to us outside of 30 days from receipt. Items must be received back to us by the 30th day.


Please contact us if you should, in rare circumstances, receive a faulty item or have an issue with your order.

Remember

Package items safely and securely to ensure they don’t get scratched or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend using protective packaging. It’s our customer’s responsibility until it reaches us, and we won’t be able to refund any damaged items in transit.


Contact us within 10 working days of receipt should, in rare circumstances, receive a faulty item or have an issue with your order.
