A.B In this document, we use for us (we and us) and to the customer (you).

A.C All orders placed by you and purchases of products from us via our website reshapedoaklane.com are based on these Terms and Conditions.

A.D After receipt of your payment and confirmation of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

B. How you order

B.A On our website reshaoedoaklane.com you can place an order to purchase a product or more. You can always delete the order before you have made the final payment.

B.B Orders placed by you and purchases of products by you from us are subject to acceptance by us. We can choose not to accept your order/purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else under those circumstances.

B.C When we have accepted your order, we are responsible for supplying the articles to you.

C. Payment and Prices

C.A The price for the articles you have ordered/purchased is for that time/date stated when you placed your order. All Prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and are all-inclusive VAT.

C.B It can happen that an error occurs, for example, a wrong-priced item or wrong description, and then we cannot supply or are obliged to supply the affected articles. We have the right to correct any errors at our own discretion by either cancelling your order or giving back the money paid.

C.C Before sending the products to you, we need to have the full amount of the total order paid to us.

C.E When you use a credit/debit card for payment, that is a confirmation from your side that you have the right/authorised to use it. If you use PayPal for payment, you confirm that the PayPal account being used is yours.

If the card issuer or PayPal refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order or purchase, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for the item not being delivered or provided to you. We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the cardholder as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order or purchase or if PayPal charges you for making the order.

C.G We strongly recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details or PayPal password to anyone, including us, by email. Subject to clause E.A we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.

G. General

G.A If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including any provision in which we exclude or limit our liability to you, is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. Our contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

G.B International customers can be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.
